Forgot UGC NET Application Number and Password

You can recover your UGC NET Application Number by visiting the official NTA UGC NET portal and clicking on the “Forgot Application Number” option. After entering your personal details like Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, and Captcha, your application number will be displayed.

You need to enter your:
Candidate Name
Father’s Name
Mother’s Name
Date of Birth

To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password” option on the UGC NET login page. Then choose one recovery method such as Security Question, SMS Verification Code, or Password Reset Link.

NTA provides three options to recover/reset your password:
Using Security Question & Answer
Using Verification Code sent via SMS
Using Password Reset Link sent on SMS/Registered Contact

If you are facing issues while recovering your Application Number or Password, make sure all entered details are correct. If the problem still continues, you should contact the NTA Helpdesk or visit the official NTA UGC NET website for support.
